7. We will not entertain any repair requests after the warranty has expired.

9. During the warranty period, no loose spare parts will be supplied by TradeCenter.Pk.

10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Tuffy Lip Balm product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Tuffy Lip Balm product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Tuffy Lip Balm product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Tuffy Lip Balm product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
