1. If you receive a defective Pleasure Nuit Perfume product, you must inform our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

2. All electrical goods come with a warranty of 1 month from the date of receipt by the customer.

5. The warranty will be void if the Pleasure Nuit Perfume product is tampered with or repaired by the customer before being received at our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse.

7. We will not entertain any repair requests after the warranty has expired.

9. During the warranty period, no loose spare parts will be supplied by TradeCenter.Pk.

10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Pleasure Nuit Perfume product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Pleasure Nuit Perfume product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Pleasure Nuit Perfume product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Pleasure Nuit Perfume product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
