Niovani Pulse Perfume Return & Refund

1. If you receive a defective Niovani Pulse Perfume product, you must inform our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

2. All electrical goods come with a warranty of 1 month from the date of receipt by the customer.

3. During the warranty period, we will repair the Niovani Pulse Perfume product.

5. The warranty will be void if the Niovani Pulse Perfume product is tampered with or repaired by the customer before being received at our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse.

6. The warranty will also be void if the Niovani Pulse Perfume product is not used in accordance with the specific guidelines provided in the manual/instruction booklet.

7. We will not entertain any repair requests after the warranty has expired.

8. We do not provide any extra attachments apart from the ones supplied with the Original Niovani Pulse Perfume product.

9. During the warranty period, no loose spare parts will be supplied by TradeCenter.Pk.

10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Niovani Pulse Perfume product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Niovani Pulse Perfume product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Niovani Pulse Perfume product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Niovani Pulse Perfume product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
