Luna Deluxe Perfumes Return & Refund

1. If you receive a defective Luna Deluxe Perfumes product, you must inform our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

2. All electrical goods come with a warranty of 1 month from the date of receipt by the customer.

7. We will not entertain any repair requests after the warranty has expired.

9. During the warranty period, no loose spare parts will be supplied by TradeCenter.Pk.

10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Luna Deluxe Perfumes product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Luna Deluxe Perfumes product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Luna Deluxe Perfumes product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Luna Deluxe Perfumes product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
