12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Fiaa Fresh product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Fiaa Fresh product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
