11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Clay Soothe product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Clay Soothe product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Clay Soothe product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
