11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Rose Water Spray product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Rose Water Spray product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.
