10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Durex Aloe Vera product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Durex Aloe Vera product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Durex Aloe Vera product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Durex Aloe Vera product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
