11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Smashbox X Rated Mascara product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Smashbox X Rated Mascara product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.
