1. If you receive a defective Q7 Chocolate product, you must inform our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

7. We will not entertain any repair requests after the warranty has expired.

8. We do not provide any extra attachments apart from the ones supplied with the Original Q7 Chocolate product.

9. During the warranty period, no loose spare parts will be supplied by TradeCenter.Pk.

10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Q7 Chocolate product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Q7 Chocolate product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Q7 Chocolate product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Q7 Chocolate product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
